As you will see if you come along with me on my foodie missions and adventures, not only do I love eating, I love cooking as well. Cut up spam( or any meat of your choice)
Soy sauce
Garlic ( your preference on how much)
Carrots
Green onions ( for ganish and taste)
Salt and pepper

Boil the noodles until its soft. Drain and rinse well to get most of the starch off of it. Let it sit in a strainer after

In a frying pan, fry up your meat and vegetables ( garlic, carrots and green onions) with seasame seed oil or vegetable oil.

Once its browned enough, add in your saimin noodles and mix in soy sauce and seasonings and mix until the noodles are somewhat crisp to your liking
